Not long after Adobe released an update for Flash Player 10, the company has issued a security update for the older version 9 of the popular software. Available here, the update fixes a number of critical issues, such as a possible cross-scripting attack, a DNS rebinding attack, and some information disclosure issues.
If you’re not sure which version of Flash you have, you should check this page which will tell you. Unless for some reason your operating system or browser is too old for Flash Player 10, you should upgrade to that version. If not, get the newest release of Flash Player 9 to make sure you’re safe.
