Submission Policy

Intego’s Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Intego depends on its employees and consultants for ideas involving new products and improvements to existing products. These employees and consultants have firmly-established legal relationships with Intego, and any and all ideas they provide are free for Intego to use.

Intego receives many “suggestions” and “ideas” each year from people who are not employees or consultants of the company, but for a variety of reasons, Intego cannot acknowledge, accept or review such suggestions or ideas. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes if any of Intego’s products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Intego.

Any feedback you provide to Intego regarding its products, either unsolicited or as part of beta-testing, is considered an “unsolicited idea” according to the terms below.

In the case that you do submit unsolicited ideas, concepts, names, marks or graphics to Intego, the following conditions apply:

  1. Any unsolicited submission you make to Intego becomes the property of Intego, with no compensation or rights from this submission due to you in any manner or form.
  2. Intego may use, modify, reproduce, exploit, distribute or sell any unsolicited submission you make to Intego for any purpose and in any manner for an unlimited period of time.
  3. Intego has no responsibility to acknowledge, review or accept any unsolicited submissions. Intego will not return any unsolicited ideas to their submitters.
  4. Intego has no responsibility for confidentiality concerning any unsolicited submissions.
