Tired of your children ignoring your calls? Sometimes kids\u00a0need a little more than a missed call or text to call you back.<\/p>\n

Family Protector<\/a>\u00a0includes a Call Me action that allows you to freeze your children’s devices remotely, and then unlock once they call back.<\/p>\n

Call Me sends a message with your number to your child and locks the device. This action turns off web browsers, all App Store installed apps, and the camera.<\/p>\n

Here’s how to use this feature\u00a0to get your children\u00a0to call back:<\/p>\n

  1. In the Family Protector Web Admin<\/a>, go to the Actions section.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose the Call Me<\/strong> action, and then tap the button next to the children you want to be included in this action.<\/li>\n
  3. If you want to freeze the device until your children call back, leave the Freeze Device?<\/strong> option enabled. You can disable this option by sliding the switch to the “Off” position.<\/li>\n
  4. Tap the Phone Number<\/strong> option to enter the number you want the child to call.<\/li>\n
  5. Tap the Message<\/strong> option to enter a quick message to be displayed in the alert that will appear on\u00a0your\u00a0child’s device device when the Call Me action is sent.<\/li>\n
  6. When ready, tap Send<\/strong> in the top right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In the Actions<\/strong> section, you will see a confirmation message indicating it has been delivered. The name of each child that the action has been sent to will be listed.<\/p>\n
