Just next week, the annual Pwn2Own hacking contest<\/a> will be held at the CanSecWest security conference<\/a>. Google, in preparation for the contest, has released an update to the company’s Chrome web browser, featuring 19 security fixes<\/a>. Since Google has offered a $20,000 prize for hacking Chrome, it seems they want to make sure everything is as ship-shape as possible in advance of the contest.<\/p>\n
