Intego Releases VirusBarrier X,
New Antivirus Program for Mac OS X

MIAMI, FL (October 2, 2002) - Intego Inc., today released Intego VirusBarrier X, an OS X version of its widely used antivirus program for Macintosh and the first antivirus program built with Apple's new Cocoa development technology. Intego VirusBarrier X protects against all known viruses on the Macintosh as well as Word and Excel macro viruses. It offers thorough protection against viruses of all types coming from infected files or applications, whether on CD-ROMs, removable media, or on files downloaded from the Internet or other types of networks.
