Macintosh Technical Support Representative Responsibilities include:
The candidate must have a demonstrable working knowledge of the Mac OS X operating system and networking basics. Excellent English and communication skills (both oral and written) are imperative. Candidates must be autonomous, able to manage projects on their own, and have a meticulous eye for detail. An ability to work with an international team and non-US customers is essential, and fluency in foreign languages (French, German or Spanish) is a plus. * Experience in Technical Support or Customer Service call centers or help desks.
